The Hycroft is a venue located in the heart of Vancouver. This is a venue for the true Vancouverites who enjoy the heritage and culture our city has to offer. The building itself is better known as The University of Women's Club Vancouver with many unique spaces to give your guests a cozy "Married at home in my mansion" vibe.

The vows were read to each other privately in the iconic Green Solarium room following their emotional First Look on the terrace.

The couple shared a beautiful ceremony lead by the Vancouver Officiant team, and breathtaking decor by Ellssi Rentals and Enchanted Atelier - but it was the bride's gown that definitely stole the show! The tulle French styled ballgown with lace floral embroidery and a matching cathedral length veil was nothing short of magnifique!

The reception setup was a team effort between Ellssi Decor, Enchanted Atelier, and The Bridal Bar to make every detail perfect. The couple chose white, with blush and green accents for a classic, and elegant style. The LED candleholders added to the ambiance for that romantic dinner feel. The couple chose to go with a sweetheart table, complete with a sweetheart bench to share. The guest chairs were repurposed from the ceremony to continue the white scheme throughout. The gold accents were the final touch to a perfect setting.

The touches that put the cherry on top? The live singer, the personalised cocktail menu and the ever popular Polaroid camera complete with a guest book and adoring props! These may seem like added expenses to some, but these are the memories guests talk about for so many years to come.
