CEO & Lead Wedding Planner
Hadley Bentham is The Bridal Bar's CEO and Lead Wedding Planner. Her titles have been earned through her incredible grit and hard work. She started with TBB as a coordinator and worked her way up. Hadley is known for her warm approach and passion for creating unforgettable wedding experiences. With a diploma in hospitality and event planning, she guides couples from their first consultation to the moment they say "I do," helping them shape their vision, navigate logistics, and feel genuinely supported. Hadley’s favourite part of her work is transforming a couple’s story and mood board into a fully realised celebration. On the wedding day, she is the calm in the chaos—handling every detail behind the scenes so couples can be present and enjoy their moment. Driven and entrepreneurial, Hadley pours her heart into every event she touches.
Ghazaleh Morvarid
Senior Planner & Persian Wedding Specialist
Ghazaleh is a dedicated and innovative wedding planner. Her quick thinking and remarkable design skills make her an asset to have onsite. She works closely with couples to plan both glamorous and small but elegant events.
Ghazaleh was born in Iran and came to Vancouver already an expert. With such a large Persian community in Vancouver she has given her expertise at incorporating traditional values in a modern way with countless couples.

Gelareh Matheson & Samantha Rose
A florist and an event specialist with an idea, to create a one stop shop for clients. Their passion and energy shines through in every event they touch. The two entrepreneurs work tirelessly to bring each couple's vision to life.
Samantha Rose has been planning events for over 15 years. Her experience with diverse cultures and planning weddings around the world have given her a vast knowledge of ways to introduce unique elements and traditions to each event curating a bespoke event for every couple.
Gelareh Matheson has worked in the floral industry for over 20 years. She follows her heart and shows in her work. Clients discuss colours, looks and even vibes. These come through in her art brilliantly as combines beauty with hard work.
