Planning your wedding is expensive! Enjoying it shouldn't be.
This package is completely done through our app. Need a real person still? Don't worry, our assistant is available via e-mail or phone call if you run into any questions or concerns. The only difference between this package and Day of Coordinator is that you just won't have scheduled meetings with a planner nor will they be working on your documents saving you cost on labour.

On-Site Wedding Coordinators: You will have two onsite wedding coordinators. One will be the Lead Coordinator and the other will be an assistant coordinator. Coordinator duties include monitoring timelines, assisting your guests, meeting with your vendors to review timelines etc. Need a specific language? Ask us! We have a very diverse team.

Wedding Planning Checklist: We provide each couple with a Wedding Planning Checklist to ensure you are on the right track and have what you need to make your special day run smoothly. ​​

Vendor Confirmation: We will work closely with your booked vendors to take over communication for you at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding and send them a detailed timeline for your wedding day. We will also recommend any vendors you may need for additional services.

Unlimited Communication: Your wedding planner will be in contact via the app whenever you need or our assistant is available via email, phone or text.

Timeline Creation & Management: We will work with you and your venue to create you a timeline to outline your order of events for your special day to ensure everything goes according to plan.

Basic Set up & Tear Down: Your coordinator will assist during the set up and tear down of your event.
