Many couples love to plan their own wedding, and that's great! It truly is a personal experience.

 

If you have planned most of your wedding but need a little extra assistance or advice, or just want to enjoy your evening without worrying, we will be there to ensure your day is stress free.

  • Two Wedding Consultations: We will provide you with an initial consultation 90 days prior to your date to discuss your wedding and assist you in creating your order of events schedule to design a customized timeline just for you. A second consultation meeting will take place closer to your wedding to ensure you are satisfied and everything is in place. We want to ensure all details are taken care of!

  • Wedding Planning Checklist: We provide each couple with a Wedding Planning Checklist to ensure you are on the right track and have what you need to make your special day run smoothly.

​​

  • On-Site Wedding Coordinators: You will have two onsite wedding coordinators. One will be the Lead Coordinator and the other will be an assistant coordinator. Coordinator duties include monitoring timelines, assisting your guests, meeting with your vendors to review timelines etc.

​

  • Vendor Confirmation: We will work closely with your booked vendors to take over communication for you at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding and send them a detailed timeline for your wedding day. We will also recommend any vendors you may need for additional services.

  • Unlimited Communication: Your wedding planner will be in contact via email, phone, or text within (and outside) office hours to answer any questions you may have along the way. Unlimited communication begins 1 month prior to your wedding day.

  • Timeline Creation & Management: We will work with you and your venue to create you a timeline to outline your order of events for your special day to ensure everything goes according to plan.

​

  • Basic Set up & Tear Down: Your coordinator will assist during the set up and tear down of your event.
